Today, the students of Mass Communication at India Today Media Institute got an opportunity to attend a session with Mr. Parmindar Sharma, the senior camera person at India Today Group. It came out to be a fruitful interaction in which the trainees got to understand about the technicalities of the camera and various aspects of camera handling. Mr. Sharma delivered a valuable guidance for the trainees interested in journalism as well as audio visual production.
He highlighted the points focusing on camera framing, depth of field, white balancing, and other camera operations. The hours spent in the studio provided an overview of the parameters important for camera operations from the perspective of the camera professional to work as a journalist as well as a free lancer. India Today Media Institute, by focusing on the practical aspect of the professional studies is doing its best to nurture trainees for future aspects and thus, this session with Mr. Parmindar Sharma emerged as a good learning experience for the students of Mass Communication.
